About the Role

As a Solo Over-the-Road reefer driver, you'll haul temperature-controlled loads across regional and long-distance lanes while operating as the sole driver on your truck. This is a full-time, W2 position rooted in Mishawaka, Indiana, with miles that keep you moving and earning. Key Responsibilities

• Transport refrigerated (reefer) freight safely over OTR lanes as a solo company driver.
• Monitor and maintain proper temperature settings to protect product integrity throughout each haul.
• Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule while keeping customers and dispatch informed.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep accurate logs and stay compliant with all DOT and federal hours-of-service regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) in good standing.
• Comfort running solo, over-the-road routes for extended periods.
• Experience with or willingness to handle refrigerated freight is a strong plus.
• A safety-minded, dependable approach and a clean driving record.
• A professional, team-oriented attitude that fits a people-centered workplace.
