Local Contract Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist – $68-72 per hour

Host Healthcare is hiring a full-time contract Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist in Fargo, Cass County, North Dakota. Starting July 20, 2026, this 13-week position offers $68–72 per hour, with 40-hour weeks on rotating 10-hour shifts covering days and nights.

Position Summary

In this critical clinical role, you'll deliver essential technical support during cardiac catheterization procedures at a busy interventional lab. Working rotating 10-hour shifts, you'll partner with interventional cardiologists to ensure safe, efficient procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and infection control. Your technical expertise, clinical knowledge, and reliability are vital to the success of every patient encounter.

Core Duties

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization, coronary angiography, and interventional cardiac procedures
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain cath lab equipment and supplies according to protocol
• Position patients and monitor vital signs throughout procedures
• Operate fluoroscopy imaging equipment and support cineangiography documentation
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure a safe procedural environment
• Record and manage patient data and procedure information in medical records

Skills & Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or equivalent state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Demonstrated experience working in a cardiac catheterization or interventional lab
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and interventional procedures
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-acuity clinical environments
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong commitment to patient safety
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends as needed
