Accenture is hiring a full-time Life Sciences Supply Chain and Operations - Supply Chain Planning Manager in the SoMa neighborhood of San Francisco, where you will help leading pharmaceutical and life sciences enterprises modernize how they plan, source, and deliver across complex global supply networks.
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Planning Manager within Accenture's Life Sciences Supply Chain and Operations practice, you will partner with life sciences clients to reinvent their planning capabilities, embedding digital tools and AI-driven insight into the core of their operations. This is an on-site, full-time position based in SoMa, San Francisco, suited to a professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and hands-on delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain planning engagements for clients across the life sciences and pharmaceutical sector.
- Design and implement demand, supply, and integrated business planning solutions that strengthen each client's digital core.
- Apply AI and advanced analytics to unlock value quickly across the planning lifecycle.
- Guide cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships throughout transformation programs.
- Translate operational challenges into practical, measurable improvements in service, cost, and resilience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain planning, operations, or related consulting, ideally within life sciences or a regulated industry.
- Strong command of planning processes such as demand planning, supply planning, and integrated business planning.
- Familiarity with digital planning platforms and the use of AI or analytics to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and engage senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on-site in SoMa, San Francisco.
