About the Role
As Assistant Property Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management of senior living residential communities. You'll work alongside the Property Manager to ensure resident satisfaction, maintain property standards, and support the operational excellence that defines AHEPA Senior Living's mission.
What You'll Do
- Assist with lease administration, move-ins, and move-outs for senior apartment residents
- Respond to maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with vendors and contractors
- Conduct routine property inspections and document conditions
- Support resident communication and address inquiries or concerns promptly
- Help maintain common areas, landscaping oversight, and community cleanliness standards
- Assist with rent collection, accounting records, and financial reporting
- Support community events, activities, and resident engagement initiatives
- Help with compliance, lease enforcement, and property policy administration
What We're Looking For
- Customer service experience in property management, housing, or senior care
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn property management systems and processes
- Genuine interest in supporting seniors and affordable housing missions
- Reliable transportation for property-based duties
