About the Role
As a part-time Licensed Mental Health Professional with AMIkids Behavioral Health, you will provide individualized, evidence-based therapeutic care to youth across the Clay County Area. This counseling position is built around manageable caseloads and direct, in-person therapy, giving you the space to build genuine connections and guide real transformation in the lives of the young people you serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, face-to-face counseling and therapeutic services to youth in the Green Cove Springs and surrounding Clay County community.
- Develop and apply individualized, evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to each young person's needs.
- Manage a focused caseload that prioritizes quality of care and consistent therapeutic relationships.
- Support the mental health, emotional growth, and overall well-being of the youth in the program.
- Collaborate with the AMIkids Behavioral Health team to promote positive, lasting outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active mental health licensure qualifying you to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Professional.
- Background in counseling or therapeutic services, ideally with children, adolescents, or young people.
- Commitment to evidence-based, individualized care and to the well-being of the youth served.
- Ability to provide in-person services within the Clay County Area near Green Cove Springs.
