About the Role

As an LMFT at LifeStance Health, you'll provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs. This is a direct clinical position where you'll develop meaningful treatment plans, conduct regular therapy sessions, and measure progress toward client-centered goals. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive, integrated care that honors both mental and physical wellness.

What You'll Do

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with client needs and goals
• Assess client progress and adjust therapeutic strategies as appropriate
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and other clinical team members to support holistic patient care
• Contribute to a culturally competent, trauma-informed therapeutic environment

What We're Looking For

• Active, current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, clinical social work, or related mental health field
• Demonstrated clinical experience working with diverse populations and presenting concerns
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-based healthcare setting
