In this role, you'll streamline how our legal team operates, implementing systems and processes that drive efficiency while supporting our mission to help learners succeed globally.
About the Role

As our Legal Operations Solutions Analyst, you're an essential partner to our legal department—someone who combines operational expertise with problem-solving skills to modernize how we work. This is a full-time remote position where you'll own key initiatives that strengthen our legal infrastructure and enable our team to focus on strategic work.
What You'll Do
- Analyze legal workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements
- Evaluate and implement legal technology solutions to increase productivity and reduce manual work
- Develop and maintain documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication for legal operations initiatives
- Provide training and ongoing support for legal systems and tools across the organization
- Track key performance metrics and deliver regular insights on operational efficiency
- Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and internal teams to optimize legal spend and delivery
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in legal operations, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong proficiency with legal tech platforms, contract management systems, or similar tools
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data and process metrics
- Experience identifying and driving operational improvements
