About the Role

As a Lead Fire Technician I, you'll direct restoration efforts on residential and commercial fire damage claims. You'll assess structural and contents damage, develop restoration plans, oversee team execution, and ensure every project meets our quality standards. This role demands hands-on technical expertise combined with the leadership ability to guide technicians through complex, high-pressure situations.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate fire damage severity and contents salvageability on-site
• Create detailed restoration scope and timelines for each project
• Oversee technician teams during cleaning, drying, and restoration phases
• Manage contents restoration, including packing, transport, and recovery
• Maintain safety compliance and follow established restoration protocols
• Document work progress and communicate status to adjusters and property owners
• Troubleshoot unexpected challenges and adapt restoration strategies as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in fire restoration or disaster recovery work
• Strong knowledge of contents restoration processes and materials
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Physical capability to work at height and in demanding environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
