Lead Contract Manager, IDC Contracts

Meta seeks a Lead Contract Manager for our IDC Contracts division, based in Capitol, Richmond. This full-time position plays a critical role in steering complex contract operations and ensuring Meta's market leadership across evolving industry landscapes.

Position Summary

As Lead Contract Manager, you will oversee the strategic direction of our IDC contract portfolio, architecting programmatic approaches to address shifting market conditions. You'll champion both contract origination and ongoing administration, driving efficiency and compliance across all dealings while strengthening internal processes that support Meta's continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Spearhead complex contract negotiations and deal formation, translating business objectives into enforceable agreements
• Manage the full lifecycle of IDC contracts—from drafting through execution and renewal—ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Champion policy adherence and regulatory compliance across all contract activities
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce risk
• Direct day-to-day contract administration and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues
• Respond proactively to industry shifts and market changes, recommending strategic contract adaptations
