About the Role

As a full-time In Home Caregiver on our morning shift, you will be the friendly first face of someone's day, providing hands-on assistance and genuine companionship across Brentwood, Williamson County. This is an on-site, in-person position centered on building trust and making a meaningful difference in each client's daily life.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with morning routines, including personal care, grooming, and mobility
• Help with everyday tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Offer attentive companionship and emotional encouragement throughout the shift
• Observe and report any changes in a client's condition, comfort, or wellbeing
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment

• Reliability and punctuality, especially for early morning start times
• Strong communication skills and a respectful, professional manner
