Primeline Solutions LLC seeks a Regional Labor & Employment Attorney in Rochester, Monroe County. As a full-time, on-site member of our team, you'll provide essential legal counsel to employers navigating employment law challenges, from workplace compliance to complex litigation.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a labor and employment attorney to build a substantial practice serving business clients throughout the Rochester region. You'll handle the full spectrum of employment law work—litigation, employer counseling, and compliance guidance—for organizations seeking trusted legal counsel.

What You'll Do

• Represent employers in employment litigation and dispute resolution
• Advise business clients on employment law compliance and regulatory matters
• Provide strategic counsel on workplace policies, employment agreements, and personnel issues
• Review and draft employment-related contracts and internal policies
• Handle matters involving discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and workplace conflicts
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality legal service

What We're Looking For

• Current New York bar license and admission
• Solid background in employment law, labor law, or related litigation practice
• Excellent communication and client management abilities
• Capacity to handle multiple matters and clients efficiently
