Role Overview

As an In Home Caregiver with Cornerstone Caregiving, you'll deliver personalized support that enables clients to maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their own homes. You'll work directly with individuals who need assistance with daily activities, offering both practical support and meaningful companionship. Your role is essential to helping our clients age in place safely and with peace of mind for their families.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, grooming, hygiene, and dressing
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe living environment
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands when needed
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Monitor client health and safety; report changes to supervisors or family members
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate records of care provided
• Communicate openly with clients, families, and the Cornerstone care team
