Medical Receptionist – Full Time

Smith Therapy Partners is hiring a full-time Medical Receptionist to support our patient care operations in the Las Vegas and Henderson area. As a leading orthopedic and physical therapy provider, we're seeking a dedicated professional to deliver exceptional front-desk service and help patients experience our commitment to quality care.

About the Role

You'll be the welcoming first point of contact for patients visiting our practice. In this full-time position, you'll manage front-office operations while supporting our clinical team and ensuring every patient feels valued from their first interaction through their treatment journey. The starting hourly rate is $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, based on relevant medical front office experience.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression
• Answer and direct phone inquiries professionally, scheduling appointments and addressing patient questions
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying insurance information and collecting necessary documentation
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and confidentiality
• Maintain organized patient records and appointment schedules using office systems
• Coordinate scheduling to optimize clinic operations and patient flow
• Handle general administrative tasks that support daily practice operations

What We're Looking For

• Medical front office experience, ideally in orthopedics or physical therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse patients
• Proficiency with appointment scheduling systems and basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
• Ability to multitask and manage a dynamic front-desk environment
