About This Position
This part-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while working a flexible schedule that fits your lifestyle. As an In Home Caregiver with Cornerstone Caregiving, you'll build genuine relationships with clients while delivering quality, person-centered care in home environments across the East Helena area.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and support with taking prescribed medications as directed
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry services
- Provide emotional support and meaningful companionship to foster client well-being and quality of life
- Maintain accurate care notes and communicate regularly with supervisors and family members
- Support clients with mobility assistance and safe transferring as needed
- Respond compassionately to client needs and adapt your care approach to individual preferences
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans
- Physical capability to assist with personal care and mobility tasks
- Genuine compassion, patience, and interest in client well-being
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and required screenings
