Lagerist / warehouse worker (m/f/d)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential robotics technology client in the Stuttgart area who is seeking a reliable warehouse professional to support their operations. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll play a key role in maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse environment and ensuring smooth material flow for technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and orderly storage systems
• Process incoming deliveries: verify against delivery documentation and store items appropriately
• Prepare outbound shipments: pack parcels, generate shipping documents, and coordinate dispatches
• Support internal material requests by pre-picking and preparing goods for project teams
• Perform basic handyman duties including assembly work, shelving installation, and minor repairs
• Assist with inventory counts and report any stock discrepancies or shortages
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and warehouse protocols
• Handle internal material transport using pallet trucks or forklifts as needed
• Keep office and break areas clean and well-maintained

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or trade experience is beneficial but not mandatory
• Careful, dependable approach to work with ability to work independently
• Practical, hands-on attitude with good manual dexterity
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to varied tasks
• Class B driving licence preferred
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required
• Location: Stuttgart area (Schockenriedstr. 17) – on-site only, no remote work available
