Join Playtech as a Korean-speaking Game Presenter in Riga, Latvia, delivering engaging live gaming experiences to our Korean-language audience. This is a full-time on-site position within our Live Operations team, where entertainment and gaming expertise combine to create memorable player moments.

Role Overview

As a Korean-speaking Game Presenter for Playtech, you'll be the face of our live gaming platform, hosting interactive sessions that captivate and engage Korean-speaking players across our global audience. You'll present a variety of game formats, manage the flow of live action, and create an atmosphere of excitement and professionalism that keeps players returning. Your role bridges entertainment, customer service, and gaming operations, making you central to our live product's success in the Korean-speaking market.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and conduct live gaming sessions in Korean, presenting games with clarity, energy, and professionalism
• Engage directly with Korean-speaking players through chat, announcements, and interactive gameplay elements
• Explain game rules, odds, and mechanics in an entertaining and accessible way
• Maintain compliance with gaming regulations and responsible gaming standards throughout each session
• Monitor chat and player feedback, responding to queries and creating a welcoming environment
• Collaborate with the Live Operations team to optimise session timing, formats, and player experience
• Adapt your presentation style based on audience preferences and seasonal gaming trends

Who We're Looking For

• Fluent Korean speaker with excellent communication skills in both Korean and English
• Proven experience hosting, presenting, or performing in front of live audiences
• Genuine enthusiasm for gaming and live entertainment
• Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations with professionalism
• Strong understanding of responsible gaming practices and commitment to player safety
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working shift-based schedules including evenings and weekends
• Based in or able to relocate to Riga, Latvia (on-site position)
