What This Role Involves
As a Game Presenter for Playtech, you'll be the face of our live gaming operations, hosting interactive game sessions in real time. You'll deliver entertaining, professional presentation of gaming content whilst maintaining compliance with operational guidelines and keeping players engaged throughout each session. This is a customer-facing role within our information technology and live operations division, where your personality and communication skills directly impact the player experience.
What You'll Do
- Host live gaming broadcasts, presenting games with energy and professionalism to players
- Engage audiences through genuine interaction, building rapport and entertainment value
- Follow all operational procedures and regulatory requirements during live sessions
- Respond to players in real time, answering questions and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth broadcast execution
- Adapt quickly to different game formats and player demographics
