Join Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City as a Registered Nurse Clinician in our nationally recognized neurology program. We're hiring for our Kansas City, Jackson County clinic to provide compassionate, professional patient care in a day-shift environment.
About the Role
This full-time position offers a meaningful career in neurology clinic services. You'll deliver direct patient care following established nursing standards, coordinate with our neurology team, and support positive patient outcomes within our specialized practice.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional nursing assessments and ongoing care for neurology clinic patients
- Conduct telephone triage and manage patient communications
- Support physicians in neurological patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Document clinical observations and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients about their conditions and care instructions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Your Schedule
Day shift only, Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. — no nights or weekends. This 32-hour weekly schedule provides work-life balance within a full-time employment structure.
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Missouri and Kansas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Clinical nursing experience, ideally in specialty care settings
- Strong clinical assessment and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple patient interactions efficiently
- Commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care
