As a Kitchen Porter, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen's cleanliness and organization. What You'll Do

• Sort, rinse, and properly clean all dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils according to health and safety standards
• Maintain clean, organized dish stations and storage areas throughout your shift
• Stack, sort, and organize tableware and equipment for efficient kitchen workflow
• Handle food service items with care to prevent breakage and waste
• Interface with kitchen staff and servers to prioritize urgent dishware needs
• Keep the kitchen dish area stocked with clean, ready-to-use equipment
• Follow food safety protocols and maintain a hygienic work environment
• Support general kitchen cleaning and sanitation tasks as needed
