About the Role

What You'll Do
- Serve meals with warmth and attentiveness, respecting individual preferences and dietary needs
- Set and maintain dining areas to create a welcoming, clean environment
- Assist residents during meal service, offering support with patience and respect
- Collaborate with our culinary and care teams to coordinate timing and special requests
- Handle dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas according to food service standards
- Respond to resident needs and communicate concerns to team leadership
Requirements
- Ability to stand, move, and lift safely throughout your shift
- Experience in food service, hospitality, or customer care (preferred)
- Genuine comfort working with seniors, particularly those with memory concerns
- Reliable attendance and a willingness to follow procedures
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Basic communication skills and attention to detail
