Sr. Operations Manager

Kohler Co. is seeking an experienced Sr. Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Huntsville, Alabama facility. This full-time, onsite position is located in the Redstone Arsenal area of Madison County and offers the opportunity to direct all production activities and drive operational excellence.

About the Role

In this Sr. Operations Manager role, you'll take ownership of planning and directing all manufacturing operations at the Huntsville plant. You'll work closely with senior plant leadership to communicate strategic recommendations, evaluate operational performance, and drive continuous improvements to production objectives, policies, and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Plan and direct all production activities across the manufacturing facility
• Provide plant management with regular performance reports on production metrics and operational outcomes
• Recommend and implement modifications to operational objectives, policies, and procedures
• Lead cross-functional production teams to achieve manufacturing targets
• Oversee quality assurance, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence
• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
