Compass Group, North America is actively recruiting for a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) to join our Morrison Healthcare team in Asheville, North Carolina. This is a full-time position based in Buncombe County, where you'll support patient nutrition through dedicated meal preparation and service in a healthcare setting.
About the Role
As a Patient Dining Associate, you'll be an integral member of our healthcare dining operations team. This role combines food service responsibilities with direct patient support, ensuring that residents receive nutritious meals tailored to their individual dietary needs. You'll work in a dynamic healthcare facility environment where precision, compassion, and reliability matter.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, portion, and serve meals in accordance with patient dietary specifications and facility guidelines
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards throughout food preparation and dining areas
- Provide attentive meal service directly to patients and address their dining needs
- Coordinate with healthcare and dietary staff to ensure patients receive appropriate nutrition accommodations
- Support food inventory, storage, and supply management functions
- Adhere to all health, safety, and facility protocols in a healthcare environment

Position Details
This full-time position is located at Carepartners, 68 Sweeten Creek Road, Asheville, NC 28803. Shifts run from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. with scheduling variation. We are recruiting immediately.
