Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing SaaS organization in Paris that needs a Key Account Manager to own a mid-market portfolio with a primary focus on renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

In this role, you will:

• Own and develop your portfolio, building strategies for growth, adoption, satisfaction, and retention in close partnership with Customer Success
• Develop deep product knowledge and generate new qualified opportunities through strategic use cases and recommendations
• Manage the full commercial relationship from discovery and demonstration through proposal development, negotiation, and closing
• Grow revenue from existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
• Map accounts across your portfolio and identify new business opportunities within existing client structures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within your accounts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client satisfaction, gather product feedback, and develop success stories
• Monitor and analyze account performance, maintain accurate forecasting, and provide reliable revenue estimates

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a similar account management or sales role
• At least 2 years of experience in the SaaS industry
• Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
• Experience with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
• Commercial focus with the ability to work independently and manage a complex portfolio
