Junior Process Engineer

Role Overview

As a Junior Process Engineer at LGC Group in Milford, MA, you'll support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of production and operational processes. You'll work alongside senior engineers to identify efficiency opportunities, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure our operations meet quality and compliance standards. This role offers hands-on experience in process optimization and the chance to develop technical engineering skills in a collaborative, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and documenting existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements and standard operating procedures
• Collect and analyze process data to monitor performance and identify trends or inefficiencies
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot process challenges and develop solutions

What You Bring
