Junior Google Performance & Analytics Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization based in Stuttgart, and our talent team is seeking a Junior Google Performance & Analytics Manager to join their operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for the hands-on execution of Google marketing campaigns, ensuring flawless daily management and performance monitoring while the strategic direction and technical setup are provided by the senior team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) according to established guidelines, maintaining ad copy, creative assets, and budget allocations within the platform
• Monitor campaign performance and daily budgets across all accounts to ensure smooth, error-free operation of live campaigns
• Export and prepare performance data regularly, creating clear Excel reports or dashboards for management review
• Support daily marketing operations including coordination of advertising materials (images, copy) and routine account maintenance tasks
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all campaign work, double-checking before any changes go live

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or comparable commercial training/apprenticeship
• Initial practical experience in digital marketing through internships, working student positions, or early career roles
• Familiarity with Google Ads or analytics tools is a strong advantage, though eagerness to learn these systems quickly is most important
• Extremely reliable and conscientious working style with structured approach to tasks
• Strong affinity for data and confident skills in Excel or Google Sheets for managing lists and tables
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English proficiency
• Based in or willing to relocate to Stuttgart; hybrid work arrangement with office presence required
