Junior Fachinformatiker/-in (m/w/d) – Vollzeit

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing digital consultancy based in Hamburg seeking a Junior IT Specialist to join their Business Development and IT team. In this role, you will design and automate business processes using modern low-code and no-code platforms.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Automating business workflows using no-code/low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make
• Building, maintaining, and managing Airtable databases
• Developing front-ends and user interfaces with no-code/low-code solutions
• Managing and advancing the CRM system, particularly HubSpot
• Planning, implementing, and rolling out new business processes
• Documenting and designing digital business workflows
• Providing user training and ongoing support

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a Fachinformatiker/-in (specializations such as Application Development, System Integration, Digital Networking, or Data and Process Analysis) or comparable IT training, or demonstrated practical experience in IT/automation
• Analytical, methodical, and structured thinking with strong analytical skills and quick comprehension
• Initial experience in project management combined with high levels of discipline and organizational ability
• Results- and solution-oriented working style with the ability to follow, understand, and improve existing processes
• Strong teamwork capabilities, excellent communication skills, and confident demeanor
• Very good written expression in German
• Resilience and ability to handle performance pressure effectively

Familiarity with API tools and automation platforms is valued, or the ability to learn these systems quickly and independently.
