Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the real estate sector seeking a working student to support their telephone-based customer engagement team. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries from prospects interested in buying or selling property—no cold calling required. Your primary responsibilities include conducting initial consultation calls to analyze customer needs, scheduling appointments between interested parties and our client's team, and maintaining structured communication throughout the process. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional business environment while completing your studies.

What We're Looking For

Our client welcomes applications from currently enrolled university students seeking a working student position for approximately 20 hours per week. Fluent German proficiency in both written and spoken communication is essential. While prior experience in customer communication or commercial activities is advantageous, it is not mandatory—career changers and those new to the industry are explicitly encouraged to apply. Pay
