Werkstudenten (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization operating a child and adolescent psychiatric center in Berlin-Tegel. As a working student (Werkstudent), you will play a vital role in supporting families and young patients:

• Provide empathetic reception and support for young patients and their families at the front desk
• Handle all administrative tasks in the practice registration area
• Coordinate and schedule examination and consultation appointments
• Serve as a liaison within our multiprofessional team to ensure smooth operations
• Accompany and support families respectfully during their time at the facility

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program with focus on health sciences, medicine, psychology, or social sciences
• Available for 10 to 20 hours per week
• Stable, reliable, and good-humored personality with strong teamwork skills
• High degree of empathy and consistently respectful approach when working with people
• Turkish language skills are a significant advantage, as our client serves many Turkish-speaking families
• Based in or able to commute to Berlin-Tegel
