Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization in Hamburg that is seeking a Junior Business Informatics Specialist to join their Business Development team. In this role, you will systematize process workflows, independently implement projects, and introduce new processes across the organization.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Establish business processes: Develop and implement excellent business processes and workflows to support organizational growth
• Process improvement: Understand and oversee all business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize internal workflows
• Project management: Guide the introduction of new IT systems and lead internal projects that drive the business forward
• Training and documentation: Create protocols and training materials for the internal learning platform when new processes are established and optimized

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Informatics, Banking, or a comparable field
• Analytical-methodical and structured thinking with initial experience in organizational processes
• High willingness to learn in project management and interest in discovering new methods and tools
• Ability to comprehend existing processes, understand them, and actively contribute to their improvement
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Quick learner with reliability and a high degree of discipline
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Motivation to develop professionally even in challenging situations
