Senior IT-Systemintegrator No-Code / Low-Code (m/w/d) – (Zapier, Make.com, n8n, AirTable etc.)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing digital agency in Hamburg that serves mid-market clients with innovative marketing strategies. Our talent team is seeking a Senior IT System Integrator specializing in No-Code/Low-Code solutions to join their Business Development and IT department.

In this role, you will design and automate business processes using modern no-code and low-code platforms. Your core responsibilities include:

• Automating business processes using tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Make.com
• Building, maintaining, and managing Airtable databases
• Developing front-ends and user interfaces with no-code/low-code platforms
• Managing and advancing the CRM system, particularly HubSpot
• Planning, implementing, and deploying new business processes
• Creating documentation and concepts for digital workflows
• Training and supporting end users across the organization

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking, or IT-related training—alternatively, demonstrable professional experience in IT/automation (self-taught backgrounds welcome)
• Several years of project management experience with high discipline and strong organizational skills
• Proven hands-on experience with no-code/low-code solutions and API integration tools like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or AirTable—or the ability to learn these quickly and independently
• Analytical, methodical, and structured thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities and fast comprehension
• Strong results and solution orientation, with the ability to understand existing processes and independently optimize them for long-term sustainability
• Outstanding teamwork, strong communication skills, and confident professional presence
• Excellent written German language skills
• High resilience and professional handling of performance pressure
