About the Role

As a Journeyman Window Washer, you'll be responsible for keeping exterior and interior windows, glass surfaces, and related architectural features in pristine condition across MSP Airport's expansive campus. Working the third shift, you'll have the opportunity to complete your work during hours when airport activity is lower, requiring precision, independence, and strong time management. This role demands both technical skill and an unwavering commitment to quality—every window you clean contributes to the first impression visitors have of the facility.

What You'll Do

• Clean windows, glass facades, skylights, and reflective surfaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment
• Operate window cleaning equipment safely, including lifts, water-fed poles, and squeegees
• Follow all airport safety protocols, security requirements, and access procedures
• Inspect glass and frames for damage, reporting maintenance issues promptly
• Work efficiently on the third shift to minimize disruption to daytime airport operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly storing and securing all tools and materials
• Adhere to environmental standards when disposing of cleaning solutions

What We're Looking For

• Journeyman-level window washing experience with a proven track record of quality work
• Comfort working at heights and proficiency with aerial lifts or water-fed equipment
• Physical capability to stand, climb, reach, and carry materials throughout a shift
• Knowledge of appropriate cleaning products, dilution ratios, and surface compatibility
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to leaving no streaks or residue
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the third shift
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the Richfield, Hennepin County location
• Willingness to comply with airport security clearance procedures and regulations
