Role Overview

As a Key Holder at Everything But Water, you'll play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer-first environment. Working alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you'll support daily operations while maintaining our high standards for service and brand presentation. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, attentive customer service that reflects our brand values and builds loyalty
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in coordinating daily operations and team activities
• Collaborate with all associates to maintain brand standards and ensure consistent execution across the store
• Uphold operational procedures and contribute to a well-organized, welcoming shopping environment
• Assist in opening and closing procedures to ensure store readiness and security
