Certified Mobile Notary Service is seeking a full-time On-the-Go Notary Public Service professional in Sacramento, California. As a mobile notary in our growing team, you'll provide professional signature witnessing and document verification services directly to clients throughout the Sacramento area, bringing convenience and expertise to their doorstep.
About the Role
In this full-time position, you'll deliver notarial services with professionalism and reliability. Your work will take you throughout Sacramento and Sacramento County, meeting clients at their homes, businesses, or other preferred locations to perform essential notarizations. You'll be the trusted professional who ensures documents are properly verified and signed in compliance with California law.
What You'll Do
- Perform notarizations including signature witnessing, document verification, and oath administration
- Travel to client locations throughout Sacramento and Sacramento County
- Verify client identities and maintain complete, accurate notarial records
- Ensure all notarizations comply fully with California state law and regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding notarization requirements and procedures
- Handle various document types with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage your route and schedule efficiently to serve clients effectively
