Position Summary

As a barista, you'll work full-time in a dynamic café setting where you prepare specialty beverages, serve guests with care, and help build community one visit at a time. This role sits at the heart of our store operations—you'll master espresso and coffee craft while creating the welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

Core Duties

• Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages including espresso drinks, teas, and coffee specialties to consistent standards
• Greet and engage customers with genuine warmth, listen to their preferences, and build lasting relationships
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, including equipment maintenance and food safety practices
• Ring up orders accurately and process payments with attention to detail
• Stock shelves and rotate inventory to ensure product availability
• Collaborate with teammates to keep the store running smoothly during peak and slower periods
• Follow company recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in every cup

Who We're Looking For

• Experience working in customer-facing or food-service roles is preferred
• Enthusiasm for learning coffee preparation techniques and beverage knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and a team-oriented mindset
• Physical capability to stand for extended shifts and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends as scheduled
