About the Role

As a Physical Therapist you will work closely with interdisciplinary staff to design and implement individualized treatment plans. The role emphasizes hands‑on patient care, ongoing assessment, and collaboration to achieve measurable functional outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patient strength, range of motion, balance, and functional ability.
• Develop and modify evidence‑based therapy programs tailored to each patient’s goals and medical condition.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and modalities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and self‑management strategies.
• Document progress accurately in the electronic health record and communicate updates to the care team.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Current Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate patients of diverse ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care.
• Basic proficiency with electronic medical record systems.
