- Develop and facilitate training programs to build team skills and maintain adherence to operational procedures
- Monitor production efficiency, quality metrics, and cost management to support business goals
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve operational challenges
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing management or production leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop direct reports and supervisory staff
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to balance production targets with quality and safety standards
- Experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment preferred
