Wyld seeks a full-time Inventory Specialist in Colorado - Denver to handle precise product tracking and sales support within our growing operations.

Role Overview

As the Inventory Specialist for Wyld in Colorado - Denver, you will oversee complete logging and monitoring of finished items in required state systems like METRC or their counterparts, plus every internal platform. The position centers on aligning product counts ahead of and following packaging, quality checks, and order completion. You will also streamline full sales cycles, acting as the key contact for internal sales team members. Expect to perform reliably in a high-growth setting that values exact results under time pressure and requires schedule flexibility, while fully reflecting the group's foundational principles.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Record and follow finished products with total accuracy across state-required inventory platforms (METRC or equivalent) and company systems
• Align stock positions prior to packaging, after testing, and once sales orders ship
• Support every sales transaction end-to-end and serve as primary contact for Wyld sales representatives
• Adjust work hours as needed to match operational demands
