This role focuses on building a predictable, renewable institutional revenue pipeline through disciplined calendar management, high-quality proposal development, rigorous compliance, and ongoing relationship building with key stakeholders.

Core Duties

• Develop and implement strategies to secure foundation and public grant funding
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective funders
• Write and submit high-quality proposals on time
• Steward existing grants through compliance, reporting, and renewal processes
• Analyze data and trends to inform fundraising efforts
• Contribute to the overall development strategy of the organization

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional giving or related field
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
