Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our fashion retail team in the East. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring staff and ensuring that store standards are met. The role involves achieving targets through effective merchandising, KPI tracking, and proactive customer engagement.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive sales by implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
• Mentor and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance
• Ensure store standards are met through regular inspections and quality checks
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards targets

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion industry
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction and team management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM systems
• A proactive and results-driven approach to work
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure
