What You'll Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage teams of workers, providing guidance and support for effective project delivery
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication channels
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills as a Trainee Project Manager if applicable

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in construction management or related fields. Experience in commercial and civil landscaping projects is highly desirable, but not mandatory for the right candidate. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to quality and safety are essential. A valid driver's license and the ability to work full-time are required.
