Position Summary

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential development projects from land acquisition through to construction, handover, and project close-out. The role focuses on project delivery, cost control, stakeholder management, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee residential development projects from land acquisition through construction, handover, and project close-out
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards
• Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure smooth project execution
• Implement cost control measures to keep projects financially viable
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
• Monitor progress against plans and adjust as necessary to mitigate risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Construction Management, or related)
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the residential development sector
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
