About the Role

As an Injection Mold Technician at Gibraltar Industries, you'll be responsible for maintaining peak operational efficiency across our injection molding production line. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll combine technical expertise with problem-solving skills to ensure consistent, high-quality output that meets our strict production standards.

What You'll Do

• Configure and optimize injection molding machine parameters to consistently produce parts that meet quality specifications
• Diagnose machine issues and implement process adjustments to resolve production challenges quickly
• Execute mold changeovers efficiently and precisely according to production schedules
• Set up and program robotic systems integrated with molding equipment
• Monitor machine performance throughout shifts to maintain output within required tolerances
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience operating and troubleshooting injection molding machinery
• Hands-on skill in mold setup, changeover, and machine parameter configuration
• Familiarity with robotic systems and automation programming
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Ability to read technical specifications and work to precise tolerances
• Reliable, safety-conscious work ethic with attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
