Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Senior Director – Energy Compliance Consulting, ANS

Accenture is seeking a Senior Director to lead energy compliance consulting initiatives within our Infrastructure & Capital Projects practice in Detroit, Wayne County. In this full-time role, you'll guide complex consulting engagements across energy infrastructure, bringing strategic vision and technical expertise to help clients navigate regulatory requirements and optimize capital project delivery.

About the Role

As Senior Director of Infrastructure & Capital Projects with a focus on energy compliance consulting, you'll drive high-impact client engagements that shape how energy infrastructure is planned, built, and operated. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to utilities, government agencies, and large infrastructure operators, helping them meet evolving energy compliance standards while advancing their capital project goals. This is a client-facing leadership position where you'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on consulting delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor consulting teams across energy compliance, infrastructure strategy, and capital project advisory engagements
• Develop and deliver compliance roadmaps, regulatory impact assessments, and energy transition strategies for major infrastructure clients
• Guide clients through complex energy regulations, emerging compliance frameworks, and sustainable infrastructure requirements
• Build and manage client relationships at the executive level, positioning Accenture as the strategic partner of choice
• Oversee consulting project scope, delivery quality, timeline, and profitability
• Contribute to business development and proposal strategy within the energy and infrastructure sectors

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a director or senior-level consultant in energy, infrastructure, compliance, or related advisory roles
• Deep knowledge of energy sector regulations, compliance frameworks, and infrastructure capital project management
• Strong track record leading client engagements and managing consulting teams
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with ability to influence at C-level
• Strategic mindset with ability to identify emerging market opportunities in energy and infrastructure
• Ability to travel as project requirements dictate
