Client Success Coordinator

Comscore seeks a Client Success Coordinator in Wyoming, Kent County, for a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving customer success.

About the Role

As a Client Success Coordinator at Comscore, you'll serve as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of their partnership with us. You'll manage the entire client lifecycle—from onboarding through ongoing support—while building strong relationships that drive retention and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Onboard new clients with guided implementation and training on Comscore's platform
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support
• Proactively monitor client health and engagement to identify opportunities for deeper product adoption
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate internal teams
• Collect and relay client feedback to drive continuous improvement of our services
• Maintain detailed client records and manage relationships through CRM systems
• Partner with sales and product teams to ensure client success and long-term value realization
