Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce agency based in Stuttgart that is expanding into social commerce. This is a greenfield role where you'll architect and build a complete TikTok Shop operation from the ground up. You won't be managing a few ads—you'll be creating the entire infrastructure that turns TikTok into a sales engine for clients. Our talent team is seeking someone who combines performance marketing expertise with deep TikTok platform knowledge and the hands-on ability to implement technical systems during the launch phase.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok Shop strategies for agency clients from zero to scale
• Build the technical infrastructure for TikTok Shop operations, handling both strategic planning and hands-on implementation in the early stages
• Monitor platform developments, identify emerging features and trends, and convert them into revenue-driving campaigns
• Establish social commerce as a core service offering and define performance KPIs that align with client objectives
• Serve as the internal expert on TikTok commerce, educating stakeholders and translating complex processes into clear action plans

What We're Looking For

• Several years of proven experience in TikTok marketing with a track record of successfully building TikTok channels or shops
• Expert-level knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager, the platform algorithm, and the technical workflows around TikTok Shop
• Strong execution skills—you don't just strategize, you roll up your sleeves and build the technical and operational foundation yourself
• Data-driven decision-making ability with the skill to interpret analytics, maintain oversight, and present results clearly to management
• High degree of autonomy and initiative; you proactively drive projects forward without needing constant direction
• Fluency in German is required for this Stuttgart-based role
