Inbound Account Executive [Dutch Market]

Responsibilities

We are representing a leading fintech organization seeking an Inbound Account Executive to manage their Dutch market from their London office. In this role, you will:

• Engage with inbound leads generated through marketing efforts in the Netherlands, qualifying prospects and converting them into customers
• Connect with small and medium-sized business owners via phone and email to understand their payment processing needs
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly address real-world business challenges
• Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring structured follow-ups and efficient lead conversion
• Track performance metrics, report on results, and stay aligned with team and regional targets
• Collaborate with the wider European sales team to share insights about Dutch market trends and customer behavior

What We're Looking For

• Experience in phone-based or customer-facing roles such as sales, support, retail, or hospitality
• Confidence engaging business owners and decision-makers in consultative conversations
• Curiosity about financial technology and motivation to understand the Dutch small business landscape

• A proactive, team-first attitude with enthusiasm for collaborative sales culture
• Dutch language proficiency is highly desirable
