​​Implementation Manager, Enterprise (Canada)

Rippling is hiring an Implementation Manager, Enterprise (Canada) for our Toronto office. In this full-time role, you'll lead complex client implementations, ensuring successful deployments and adoption across enterprise organizations across Canada and beyond.

About This Position

You'll own the complete project lifecycle for large-scale enterprise implementations—from initial planning through go-live and post-launch success. Working with enterprise clients, you'll be the central coordinator between Rippling and your assigned accounts, ensuring that our solutions integrate seamlessly with complex business environments. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic planning with tactical execution, driving adoption and delivering measurable business value.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects for enterprise clients, owning timelines, resource allocation, and milestone delivery
• Gather requirements, define scope, and establish detailed implementation roadmaps with client stakeholders
• Coordinate across Rippling functions—product, engineering, and customer success—to align resources with client needs and project demands
• Design and execute change management strategies that drive user adoption and minimize disruption to client operations
• Conduct training sessions and oversee knowledge transfer to enable client independence following launch
• Identify implementation risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate blockers appropriately
• Report on project health and progress through regular status updates and executive stakeholder communication
• Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and sponsors within enterprise accounts

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing enterprise software implementations from conception to completion
• Track record working effectively with executive sponsors, technical teams, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Clear communicator—skilled at translating technical concepts for business audiences and explaining business context to technical teams
• Familiarity with structured project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and tight deadlines
• Based in or willing to relocate to Toronto, Canada
