Hybrid Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator

Join Chrysalis Health as a Community Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator in the Steubenville area of Jefferson County, Ohio, and help expand access to mental health services throughout the region. This is a part-time, community-based position dedicated to building relationships between Chrysalis Health and the organizations and individuals who need our services.

About the Role

Working on-site and throughout the community, you'll support the expansion of Chrysalis Health's outpatient mental health services by developing partnerships and fostering awareness. Your work will directly connect community members with the mental health support they deserve, serving as a bridge between Chrysalis Health and local stakeholders across Jefferson County.

What You'll Do

• Establish and nurture partnerships with community organizations, schools, primary care providers, and social service agencies in the Steubenville area
• Represent Chrysalis Health at community events, health fairs, and public engagement opportunities
• Coordinate educational outreach activities and presentations tailored to community audiences
• Identify community needs and partnership opportunities that align with service expansion goals
• Document outreach activities, track partnership interactions, and gather community feedback
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure outreach efforts support service delivery
• Travel locally throughout Jefferson County to attend partnership meetings, events, and community-based activities

What We're Looking For

• Experience in community outreach, partnership development, or community health initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in or knowledge of mental health services and support
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple community relationships
• Reliable transportation; willingness to travel locally for work responsibilities
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Position Details

Part-time position, up to 27 hours per week at $20.00 per hour. Community-based role with local travel required throughout the Steubenville and Jefferson County area.
