As an HVAC Professional with Lula, you'll deliver heating and cooling repairs, maintenance, and installations that directly impact resident satisfaction and property value preservation. You'll partner with Lula's network of property managers across the St. Joseph region, responding to service requests that range from routine seasonal maintenance to emergency system failures. This isn't sporadic work—it's consistent, full-time employment backed by a large managed portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential rental properties
• Perform preventive maintenance visits to prevent costly system failures
• Install and replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls from property managers
• Keep accurate records of all work completed and materials used

Requirements
