Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular walkthroughs of the premises and living areas to confirm resident safety and order during midnight hours
• Respond calmly and effectively to crises, conflicts, or urgent requests while contacting appropriate support if escalation is needed
• Document incidents, observations, and routines in shift logs so the full team has accurate continuity of care
• Offer respectful emotional encouragement and practical reminders that support residents in meeting daily living goals
• Uphold house guidelines consistently and discuss any concerns with residents in a constructive manner
• Complete light facility upkeep tasks such as tidying shared spaces and ensuring essentials are stocked for the night
• Participate in shift-change briefings and contribute ideas that strengthen overall programme delivery in Leamington
